Dope Rider, "Campaign Announcement"

 High Times contacted me when--to my surprise!--it was going to resume publication in September 2020, and they wanted a new Dope Rider. Well, what to do but a not entirely coherent take on national politics?




















This post disappeared briefly. Apparently I had violated a guideline. Heaven forfend! I changed the title to cover my tracks.
